Production Processes of Hawthorn Extract

Hawthorn leave extract is extracted from many production processes. Production processes: Hawthorn leave extract is made from dry leaves of Rosaceae plant large-fruited Chinese hawthorns or hawthorns. Harvest the hawthorn leaves in summer and autumn, airing them, shatter them into coarse powder; Input the raw materials into the pot then add 50%  ethyl alcohol and extract the material twice and 2 hours each time at the temperature of 50℃ to 60℃ (adding 10 times amount of 50% ethyl alcohol for the first time, adding 8 times amount of 50% ethyl alcohol for the second time ), filtering, merging filtrates, recycling ethyl alcohol to collect filtrates without alcohol taste, diluting with the same amount of water, eluting successively with the following of water and different concentrations of ethanol through D101 macroporous adsorption resin column to collect he corresponding eluent, recycling ethanol, concentrating to the clear paste with relative density of about 1.10 ( at the temperature of 60 ℃) and spray drying, then production processes of the hawthorn leave extract are completed. For high content, extraction, chromatography, crystallization and other extra processes are required.
